Our return/refund policy lasts for 30 days. After 30 days unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.
Please Note: Custom orders are created with customer input with pictures of the commission being sent to review and approve of by the customer before it is sent. Any issues with the commission should be discussed at this point. Once customised orders are sent, they cannot be returned.
If a return is required, the item must be unused, in the condition it arrived and in it's original packaging.
To complete a return/refund, proof of purchase/receipt will be required with photographic evidence showing the reason for the refund request.
Refunds: When a refund request is made, we will enter into discussions with you via email regarding the reason for requesting a refund.
Only once approved, will your refund be processed to the original method of payment.
Late/Missing Refunds: Please check with your bank/credit card company as payments may take some time to be displayed. There is often some processing before payments are displayed. If you've checked all of this and your refund has still not been received then please email me at gracescrochetcomforts@gmail.com.
Sale Items: There will be no return or refund on sale items, only regular priced items.
Exchanges: Grace's Crochet Comforts will only replace damaged/defective items. Please email me regarding any exchanges for the same item.
Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund it will be minus the cost of shipping. In the unlikely event of a return being required, you, the customer, will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.
