Politique d’expédition

Grace's Crochet Comforts is based in Northern Ireland, part of the United Kingdom. Packages are sent by Royal Mail or Evri. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. 

Orders will be sent to the address provided at the checkout. Please ensure it is correct with correct spelling and postcode prior to checking out your order. Once the order is shipped I can not do anything to resolve an incorrect address. If you notice before the order has been shipped please email gracescrochetcomforts@gmail.com immediately so I can make the correct changes before shipping. 

If a package is returned to me, due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the new shipping costs or the item will be refunded minus the shipping costs. I cannot offer replacements for errors made by customers unless item is returned to me in it's original packaging. I will work with customers to resolve and issues should they arise.

Customs/taxes: Grace's Crochet Comforts is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees (including tariffs, taxes and other costs) added during or after shipping are the customers responsibility.

Damages: Grace's Crochet Comforts hopes your items arrive to you safely, however we are not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. I can assist with your claims process if needed. 

Processing Time:Most orders will be processed within 5 working days of ordering. Handmade crocheted items which are made to order are usually despatched 7 working days after the order is placed. Any delays which arise will be communicated to the customer via email.
